I have had a few issues with the machine. I’m 5’3 and can’t use the leg press. Instead of my feet staying flat when I push I have to use my toes and balls of my feet. The cables in the back will get tangled. The weight on the bottom is not usable. There’s no hole to put the pin in. You’re not getting the full weight as described as one is not usable. The instructions were bad. The book you get covers all their machines so make sure you find the one for yours as they all look similar just different parts here and there. At first I thought I was missing parts since the instructions I was using had parts that didn’t look anything like what I had. Comes in 5 boxes. 3 weight boxes and 2 machine boxes. One of the boxes for the machine had no numbers on the parts so it was a guessing games. With all these problems it took almost 2 days to put together. I wouldn’t buy again. Picture of the leg press I can’t use. Works for taller people but short people can’t use it.

This equipment is very well suited for a decent workout for individuals that want to stay in shape without spending enormous amounts of cash. As with any multifunctional equipment it is necessary to swap pieces of the equipment in order to be able to exercise certain muscle groups which can be bothersome but once a workout is established it becomes second nature. The assembly is not difficult, it is lengthy, but following the instructions step by step is a breeze. I would recommend using an 11/16 or 17mm socket and ratchet, there are a large number of bolts, nuts and washers used for the assembly.

I love this home gym I just ended up messing up the weight system because most of the weights were in a seperate box and I didn't realise until all was said and done there was one weight in the main box with the other pieces I had to put together. Now my whole weight system is off and I am not sure how to fix it. I do wish the weights went a bit higher especially since it has a leg press. Other than that everything is really good.

I contacted customer service because of missing parts and they promptly resolved my issue. It was easy to put together. It seems very sturdy and fits well in my space. I am very pleased with it and cannot wait to begin working out.

Hello, the product arrived a little sooner then expected, had a few places dinged up on the panel that particularly surrounds the weights and the frame of the system. The gym set came in separate boxes which were not a problem but could have been easily separated and lost in transit. The at home gym equipment looks nice when put together and has a lot of features. I am pleased over all. Thank You all.

Very pleased with this purchase. Instructions were simple to follow. Arrived in about five separate boxes and took about two and half hours with a friend to put together (took time to ensure everything was put together properly a double checking for safety.) No issues other than some small cosmetic scratches but no issues mechanically.
