No, the ANC, mic, and volume button controls do not work in wired mode.

Why can’t the Bluetooth be turned on?

Please fully charge your headphones with a USB-A to USB-C charging cable and a 5-10W power wall charger (don’t use fast charger). Then reset it.

Please use headphone within the operating temperature range: 0°C (32 F) – 45°C(113 F)

How to care for protein leather earpads and headband to extend their life?

For quick and safe cleaning, gently wipe them with a soft cloth lightly dampened with a small amount of mild detergent (such as shower gel). Then, wipe again with a clean, damp cloth to remove any residue. Finally, dry thoroughly with a dry cloth.

How to reset the headphones?

1. Fully charge headphones with the original charging cable and 5-10w charger (do not use fast charger).
