Can I control the soundbar with my TV remote?

Absolutely. When connected via TV ARC mode, you can fully control this soundbar directly with your existing TV remote.

Can I get a remote compatible with Roku devices?

Please let us know if you need a separate remote that works with your Roku TV. We have one that’s compatible with most Roku TV brands (but not compatible with Insignia or not compatible with Sharp).

Wired subwoofer?How do I connect a subwoofer to the soundbar?

Yes, a wired sub.Simply plug the subwoofer cable into the soundbar’s SUB OUT port, rather than the Aux In port.

Why won’t the soundbar connect to my TV?

ARC: Please use the dedicated ARC HDMI port, not a regular HDMI port.

OPT: Please remove the protective cap from the optical cable before connecting.
