Great Bike, exactly what I wanted.
I was looking for a traditional type of bike that I could just ride around for pleasure. I live in a city that has many bike paths along the rivers and beach and is relatively bike friendly. However, being a healthy 79-year-old I wanted a bike with electrical assistance and also being on a fixed income, needed a reasonable priced bike. The ZNH hit the spot. Easy to assemble, easy to ride. Pedals smoothly with little effort and the pedal assist kick in when I need it. Love it. Had a slight problem with the pedal assist sensor, The support group were GREAT, contacted me immediately and sent me the part to replace. I am a happy biker.

    I am usually not one for writing reviews, but this is one of those exceptions. I purchased two of these, it was super easy to put together, and it came with all the tools needed. I was even charging my battery while putting it together. We couldn't wait to take them out! Super fun, easy to use, the hills were so easy to ride up even going up our street was easy. The battery lasts a long time, as long as not high-speed constantly. They zip along. We get people asking about them all the time. Great job and customer service. All around a great bike and the best customer service ever!!
