    Great sitting sofa. Love the firm seat cushions. Parts not labeled correctly. Knew it was too be shipped in two boxes. Was notified when one was to be delivered and stayed home all day. It ended up being cushion covers. Never received notification that the second box was in its way.

    Update: the couch arrived. The product is excellent n quality. I would recommend this if you are looking for quality outdoor for a decent price. If you are any customer service, would shop here. I’ve raised my rating to 4, would be a five if the was any customer service.

    I would like to review it but I can’t. Cause I haven’t received it. Fed Ex said it was delivered, Amazon said it was delivered, company won’t contact me and let me know where they think it is. So overall, terrible. Terrible firmness, terrible quality. Pick one because I don’t know

    Excellent quality. Price is amazing. No issue with assembly although it does take a bit to get it completed with one person. Bottom cushions are firm but not too hard and the back cushions are softer.
