Tips for Best Use – This pen is sensitive to temperature; if it’s exposed to high temperature (above 131℉/55℃), this ink may become invisible. This can happen if a document is left in a hot car or if the pen is stored in a vert warm place. Under this situation, simply place them in the freezer (around 0°F / -18°C) for a few hours or 20-30 minutes. Once the pen cools down to 5℉ (-15℃), the ink will reappear and the pen will write normally again. For any product-related issues, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team directly.
