For reference I am 58, 5'4", 165lbs and normally wear a medium top and size 10/12 pants. This top in size medium is a really nice everyday basic with a little extra style thanks to the button detail. The color is a soft, dusty blue that looks slightly darker than the listing, but is still a pretty blue. It’s neutral enough to pair effortlessly with leggings, jeans, or shorts, but still adds more interest than a plain T-shirt. The fabric feels soft and lightweight, with a smooth feel. It has a bit of stretch, which makes it easy to move in and helps it drape nicely instead of clinging. The picture shows that it's clinging to my belly a bit, but that's just a strange shadow from the lighting. Overall, it's very flattering for my body type in my opinion, although I wouldn't wear it with the particular unstructured leggings I have on in the photo. I also really like the length. It provides good coverage without being overly long or bulky. The fit is relaxed but still looks neat and put together. I’m giving this shirt four stars because overall I really like it, but the sizing was a little more generous than I expected.
One of my favorite features is the buttons. I love that I can leave a few open so it doesn’t feel like a basic crewneck tee up to my neck. It gives it a slightly more polished look while still being super comfortable. It’s a nice balance between casual and put-together.
This shirt is pretty versatile. You can dress it up with dress pants and nicer shoes for the office or church, or you can throw it on with jeans to run to the grocery store or just lounge around the house. It’s easy to style either way.
The material is soft and lightweight, which makes it great for summer. It’s comfortable without feeling clingy or heavy. The fabric also washed well — the one in my photo had already been washed and it didn’t shrink much at all.
