Are there any usage tips?

1.Please do not cover the light outlet at close range.

2.Please regularly wipe dust and stains off the lens surface for optimal use.

3.Please do not store, charge, or use this light in areas exceeding 60°C.

Why can’t I turn it on or charge it？

The ArkPro features a lockout mode. Please charge to activate before first use. Or please press and hold the center button (about 1 second) until the flashlight turns on with the moonlight or UV light to unlock.

What is the charging time and expected battery lifespan of the ArkPro?

1.The ArkPro takes around 1.5 hours to fully charge via USB‑C or 3 hours to fully charge via magnetic charging cable (MCC).

2.The battery retains over 80% capacity after 500 charge cycles.

Why can’t I activate Turbo mode with a double-click?

If double-clicking cannot activate Turbo, it may be due to the battery level being below three bars, please charge it. Alternatively, the issue could be caused by the device triggering over-temperature protection if the temperature is too high.

If the USB-C charging port cover breaks, will it affect the waterproof performance? And can the clip be removed?

1.The cover is dustproof only and will not affect the waterproof performance. The Type-C charging port itself is rated IPX7 waterproof.

2.The clip is securely attached to the light and is not easily detachable. It requires proper tools to remove.
