Can water shortage control the valve status?

Yes. You can set the on/off status of the water valve after the device detects water shortage in the settings page.

Can it be connected to drinking water?

Not recommended. Connecting to drinking water has strict safety requirements for valve materials. The SWV is mainly designed for garden irrigation with tap water.

Will the set schedules still execute normally when there is no network?

Yes, all set schedules are stored locally on the device.

What is the function of the Type-C port?

Provides external power to the device. When both battery and Type-C are connected, Type-C is prioritized. Can also connect to a solar panel with a battery for continuous power, reducing battery replacement frequency.

What should be noted when using Type-C?

Device protection depends on the cable used. Use a waterproof silicone Type-C cable for full protection.

When using Type-C power, the input voltage shall be 4.5–5.5V, and the current shall be above 0.4A. Solar panels must be used with a battery.
