How often should I use The Glow Signature?

For the best results, we recommend using the device once a day. However, since everyone’s skin is unique, please adjust the mode and duration based on your skin’s condition and sensitivity.

How do I pause the operation and adjust the intensity levels?

To Pause/Resume: Press the power button twice quickly to pause during operation, and press it twice quickly again to resume.

To Adjust Intensity: Simply tap the level button located on the back of the device to cycle through the intensity levels.

Do I need to wipe off residual cream or ampoule after use?

No wiping is necessary. After your session, gently pat or massage any residual cream or ampoule into the skin to allow for complete absorption and maximum skincare benefits.

Can I clean the tool head with wet wipes or alcohol swabs?

We strongly advise against using alcohol swabs, as they can scratch or chemically damage the surface of the device head. Instead, after each use, please gently wipe off any residue using a soft towel, dry cloth, or cosmetic gauze.

Can I use an express charger?
