We've moved a few times and somehow lost all of our individual weights. I thought I'd try this adjustable set as a replacement and wow, great way to save space! They work as described and I'm not really rought on them so they should last a long while.
I think these weights are really good for therapeutic exercises. I use these weights to perform therapeutic exercises for my wrist, and the ability to adjust the weights as I've started performing therapeutic exercises has been very helpful for me and my strength and therapeutic exercises. The grip of the weights already fit my hand really well, but the use of work-out gloves in conjunction with the weights allow for an even more comfortable grip. These weights serve their purpose really well, and I'd recommend these pairs of weights to others who are interested in instruments for therapeutic exercises.
At first I was a bit worried the dumbbells wouldn’t be all that but when they arrived they proved me very wrong. Adjustable in seconds and so far is working perfectly. One thing tho, don’t drop it or the plates will fall off it so please listen to the DONT DROP.
I got these as a gift for my teenage son. He hasn't gotten them yet so I can't speak to longevity, but I did test them out and they seem completely solid and worked smoothly. Would give five stars if I knew that they held up for a long time. We will see.
These are the most sturdy compact weight set I’ve ever used. The plates don’t rattle when lifting and the ability to change weight is incredibly simple. Highly recommend!
