It's a great way of getting to the places I need in a cheap reliable way, most of the times I've use it for is to get to my job wich is around 7 miles away from where I live, so that's around 14 miles round trip.
I wanted to see how much range does the battery really got me and I can say it took me back and forth 3 days being the last day the one that the battery finally died when I was half way back home it's a pain to ride it like that specially on the hills so my recommendation is to take some time to adjust the brakes that can come a little more tight than they need to be.
All the tools you need to assemble the bike are included in the box, charger for the battery as well and user manual.
I got a call from them asking me how my experience was so far and I really like that because that tells me they really do care about their products and their costumers as well. So head up for that.
I haven't really get any problems with the bike yet, I feel like the power that the motor gives is more that I can pedal with the 7 speed shifter gear it comes with but that's not a complaint at all is just awasome how much power the bike really has, fastest I've gone so far is about 28 mph but I feel I can probably get a little more speed, I'm usually just riding at around 20 mph which I think is enough because sometimes the road conditions can be a little rough, it's nice it comes with the front suspension but a back one could of been great, the only thing I would definitely consider getting is a more comfortable seat for long distance rides, the one it comes with is ok but after long sessions it can definitely hurt you butt lol.
Also it would of been great if the bike was waterproof because it's been raining a lot where I live and as far as I know water can get in and they won't cover water damage so be caurefull with that.
I already fall once I but it was my fault, I had the front suspension locked and at the time of trying to get to the side walk I slip and fell, I think that could be easily avoided with the suspension open or giving a little jump when I was getting up there anyways…
At night the front light has good lighting you just need to adjust it to see what's in front of you, I installed a back rack for carrying stuff and order a new seat and a handlebar riser because I'm kinda big 6'2 and my wrist hurt after long sessions but you may not need them, hope this review helps finding what you are looking for.
I notice there are some pictures of different bike model in this review seccion so they probably used to have a different version of it Ill attach I picture of the bike I got, happy riding always wear a helmet peace ✌️
