There was very little printed to describe this Jumpsuit when I ordered it. Not even a listing page at the time. But they looked kinda cute for casual wear during in-between seasons; spring & fall, mild winter days, also, if worn with
long sleeve tops. Anyway, here's what I got:
Size Small in dark blue. It is made of 65% polyester, 30% viscose, 5% elastane – it is a bit stretchy. Care instructions: Wash in warm water, do not bleach, tumble dry low, steam iron low, Dryclean any solvent.
Being a stretchy material, I will wash in cold water most of the time, I will not put in the dryer but will hang it up to dry. Not taking any chances with it shrinking like so many knit items do. Also, for those interested, this is made in China.
The decoration on the Jumpsuit are 2 very large daisy-like flowers, cut from the same fabric, and appliquéd to the suit, one flower is on the upper right front side, other mid outside of left leg. In the dark fabric, they are not very noticeable,
but, judging by the photos, much more visible in the lighter colors.
Both front and back are V-necked – the back is a bit lower than the front.
The shoulder straps are adjustable using buttons. Two buttons are sewn on the back straps approximately 1 1/2-inches apart. There's not much you can do to go longer, but if you really need shorter, the buttons can be moved higher easily
enough.
I'm going to wash these now to see how them come out, if they bleed color, or wrinkle badly, etc.
OK – Jumpsuit is washed (cold water) & dried (draped over hanger). There was very little color bleeding for this dark blue, but I would recommend first few washings be done with like colors. After that, I don't think it will matter. Hardly any wrinkles and, by hanging to dry, what few wrinkles there were simply disappeared.
As for wearing, I am 5'6" and thin and this is a loose jumpsuit, but I wouldn't really call it baggy. Baggy to me is sloppy looking. This jumper did not look sloppy. The length is pretty much perfect and the button adjustment would make it work for someone just a bit taller. I rather like the look of it and, as for what to wear under it, long or short sleeves or sleeveless, and even a bandeau will look good. Casual will be best. Most likely, any thing going across the back is going to be visible as the back 'V' is quite deep. I would definitely recommend this jumpsuit for any casual wear situation.
