This is easy to use, no assembly required. There are a ton of speed settings, a remote, and it has a cool compact design. Comfort on your bare feet is iffy, the pressure point things hurt my feet so I just use with shoes. I think it helps with the effectiveness of my workout routine. It definitely helps with the lactic acid build up so muscles aren’t as sore.

I was excited to get this as it was my request to my husband for Christmas. I recommend following the manual directions before use. It is important to start at lower levels and gradually go up from there. Please understand that it does make some noise and shakes more as your level gets harder. This is normal as it needs to do this for its function. Although I have not had it for long, I have noticed that it has been beneficial to my health in that it has helped my circulation and digestion. I have not seen too much weight loss, but I have not worked very hard in this department due to a fall I had several months ago. It does say that it helps with injuries, however; I have had to wear my shoes that were recommended by my doctor when I use it because I was having prolonged pain in my ankle as I initially used it. It has gotten better with my doctor's recommendation for me as I wear my shoes. Overall, I do recommend it for better health, however; I am still not sure about great weight loss with it.

This vibration plate delivers a surprisingly effective full-body workout without taking up much space. The surface has a grippy texture that keeps my feet steady even during higher vibration levels, and the subtle hum of the motor feels smooth rather than jarring. The machine’s vibrations engage muscles I didn’t even realize needed attention especially in my legs and core and I can feel the circulation boost almost immediately.
The included resistance bands add an upper-body component that makes each session feel complete. The remote control is simple but handy, letting me switch intensity levels and modes mid-workout without stepping off. I also love that it’s quiet enough to use while watching TV. It’s sturdy but compact enough to slide under a bed or against a wall when not in use. After a couple of weeks, I noticed improved muscle tone and less stiffness in my legs. Perfect for days I want a good workout but don’t have time for the gym.

I love this! This is my first vibration plate. I have been using it 3-6 days per week for 3 weeks. What I have noticed is my knees and legs have gotten stronger, lymphatic drainage is for real, my varicose veins are getting lighter and my body is feeling lighter and stronger.

UPDATE 1/23: While this product still has it's issues, writing an update because customer service truly tried their best to make things right.
This is my 2nd vibration plate from natini (first one was replaced by them for burning plastic smell and rattling parts inside). While I love the concept of the vibration plate, and it has been a great way too cool down and stretch after workouts, this particular machine/brand is not the one. It works great for the first 3 uses… after that point, if you don't stand in the correct spot, with the correct amount of weight or pressure aligned, the thing rattles and is loaded than an offbalanced washing machine. It includes high pitches squeaking, rattling parts, and enough vibration to remove its own suction cups off the floor while you are standing on it.

I love this Vibration plate it is probably the best thing I have to help me recover from a long day over working on lawns for my job when I come home in pain. It has so many different modes and adjustments that help loosen up my achy joints and muscles. I like that I can suction to hard floors so that it doesn't cause too much noise and that it came with bungy cords for arm muscle work outs.
