The Saranac Tall Chest shows off Stickley craftsmanship at its finest, with mortise-and-tenon joinery, splined corners, and five side-hung, center-guided drawers featuring sturdy, dovetailed boxes and finger pulls in place of hardware. A bottom dust panel helps protect the clothing inside. The Saranac Collection is a beautiful example of the sustainable use of timber, crafted from rustic offcuts of black walnut with dramatic knots, surface checks, and swirls of light and dark that are unique from one piece to the next.
DRAWERS BUILT TO LAST: The chest’s 5 perfectly fitted finger-pull drawers are side-hung and center-guided with dovetailed drawer boxes, ensuring a lifetime of smooth motion and reliable storage.
SUSTAINABLY CRAFTED: For the sustainable Saranac Collection, rustic offcuts of black walnut (that would otherwise be discarded!) are used for their dramatic knots, cracks, and swirls of light and dark that make every piece unique.
