I installed the locks, but the magnetic key won’t open them. What could be wrong?

The most common reason is a slight misalignment during installation with the installation cradle. If the top part (buckle) and the bottom lock are not perfectly aligned, the internal locking mechanism can jam.Then you need to re-install the locks.

Is the adhesive strong enough? Will the locks stay on my cabinets over time?

Yes, it’s very strong when applied correctly. For a permanent hold, strictly follow the instructions: clean the surface, press firmly for 30 seconds, and most importantly, do not use the cabinet for 12-24 hours to let the adhesive cure fully.

Why don’t the locks fit my cabinets or drawers?

This typically occurs due to specific cabinet design. Please first double-check the “COMPATIBILITY REQUIREMENT” section on above. If your setup meets the criteria but issues persist, please consult the User Manual or consult us for help.
