I’m really happy with this exercise ball. The material feels strong and durable, and it was very easy to inflate with the included pump. Once fully inflated, it holds air well and feels stable when sitting or using it for workouts.

I’ve been using it as a desk chair and for light stretching, and it’s very comfortable. The size is accurate, and the color looks exactly like the pictures.

Overall, great value for the price. I would definitely recommend this product!

Extreme patience is needed to inflate this ball using the included pump. After 15 minutes of consistent pumping – and switching from foot to hands and back again – the ball showed very little inflation. I unfortunately abandoned this effort and used a tire pump instead. Nevertheless, since this type pump is apparently commonly included for these type balls, I don’t think a lower rating is warranted. This mention is primarily a “tip” for those with limited patience (like me) that a more efficient pump will be required.

Once fully inflated, the yoga ball is bouncy and feels durable. There are some odd looking demarcations on the ball’s surface that are presumably caused by being rolled and packed. Likewise, I expect these bumps to eventually smooth out over time (hopefully) and not become “weak spots”.

The yoga ball’s surface material seems to have a “grippy” texture, which I expect is intentional to mitigate slippage. The surface lines also facilitate “grip” and are preferable to a smooth surfaced ball for that reason.

The included resistance band, made of fairly strong rubber, is a nice bonus. Suggested workouts using the band are actually embossed onto the band.

Overall, I am happy with this yoga ball set so far. It seems to have the right amount of “give” when sitting or pressing down onto it, and its “thick-feeling,” anti-slip surface aids stability. I think it’s a good choice, and I’m very happy to finally have a nice exercise ball in my personal fitness room.

This exercise ball gave me a very good impression because the material feels thick, durable, and high quality, with a slightly non slip matte texture that really helps maintain stability during workouts. The blue color looks beautiful and vibrant, and the overall finish appears well made.
I really liked that it includes everything needed to use it right away. It comes with an air pump, inflation accessories, a measuring tape for sizing, an extra plug, and a figure eight resistance band, which makes it even more functional and practical. It also includes different nozzles and adapters to make inflation easier, which I found very useful because it makes the process quick and simple. The instructions are easy to follow, so setup and inflation were both very straightforward.
One detail I especially liked is the inflation plug system. Thanks to the small tool included, inserting and removing the plug is very easy, without needing to use force or worry about damaging it. This makes adjusting the air level or deflating it for storage much more convenient.
Once inflated, the ball holds its shape very well and feels firm, providing great support for stability exercises, stretching, pilates, or core work. On the mat and also directly on the floor, it stays stable and does not slide easily, which I found very important for feeling safe while using it.
The included resistance band is also a nice extra because it helps complement the workout with exercises for the arms, shoulders, and posture, so it feels like a very complete set for home training.
Overall, it feels like a well made product with durable materials, good stability, and useful accessories that make the experience comfortable and practical.

I got this exercise ball to add to my home workouts and it perfectly does exactly what it’s supposed to, and is good quality. After about a week of regular use it hasn’t lost any air or shown any signs of wear, and my 200-lb husband was able to bounce on it without it popping, which is the most important thing you’d want to know.

The ball itself has a matte, slightly textured surface that grips the floor without sliding around too much, and I was surprised that it didn’t have a strong chemical smell that a lot of similar products have right out of the bag. It inflated without much trouble using the included pump, though that pump is genuinely flimsy and worth tossing once the ball is full. If you have an electric pump, use that instead and save yourself the effort.

The figure-8 resistance band that comes with it is unique and a nice addition. It’s a little different from the standard flat bands you usually see. There’s also a small pamphlet with a handful of exercises to get you started, which is helpful if you’re newer to using a ball for training. It also works well for modifying yoga poses that require more stability.

Overall this is a good value and a complete little workout package for the price. I’d recommend it for anyone building out a home gym or looking for a versatile tool for core work, stretching, or yoga.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

My 12-year-old son has ADHD, and sitting still is very difficult for him. We actually ordered this Yoga ball for him to sit on and bounce on when doing boring tasks like schoolwork at home.

It's the perfect size for him, and it has some good bounce to it. It was easy to inflate, and from what I can tell, it holds air very well. I don't think he's had to pump it back up at all.

The material it's made out of seems strong and durable. I mean, it has to be really good quality to withstand a couple of weeks of abuse from my son! I can't say how it works for exercise, but it works for what we needed it!
