I rarely submit reviews but I just wanted to share this item is worth buying. It was hard for me to choose an accessory like this which I was looking for a couple of months and none of them had satisfactory reviews. I saw this item and decided to bu it. It works! I place 2 dumbbell of 35 lbs each side and with a mat under it does the trick so your sides dont get sore. But if you use 25 lbs keetlebells per side you won't need the mat. Worth buying.
