What is the battery life?

Tested in Echo Mode during walking, the battery delivers a range of 15km.

Can this product be used for medical purposes?

No. Hypershell X is not a certified medical device. It is designed for individuals who can walk independently. Safe and effective use requires the ability to lift your legs and maintain balance without assistance.

Is the battery removable?

Yes. The battery is removable and can be replaced with a fully charged one for continuous use.

Note: A Hypershell hub is required for standalone battery charging. Without the hub, the battery must be charged while installed in the device.

What is the weight of this product?

The bare frame weighs 2kg. Soft trim and the battery pack are excluded from this measurement.

Do I need to use the app every time I use Hypershell?

No. The app is only required for first-time activation, onboarding and setting preferred assist modes. All settings are saved on the device. After activation, you can power the device on/off and adjust levels via the button—no app needed.
