This is usually related to fit, firmware version, or assist settings. Please make sure the firmware is up to date, the straps are properly tightened, and the motors are aligned with your hips.

What is the battery life?

Tested in echo mode during walking, the battery delivers a range of 30 km.

Note: Actual performance may vary depending on environmental conditions, terrain, load, user physiology, and walking style.

Is the battery removable?

Yes. The battery is removable and can be replaced with a fully charged one.

Note: A Hypershell 4-Port Charging Hub is required for standalone battery charging. Without the hub, the battery must be charged while installed in the device.
