7/25 – bike was delivered! Assembly was really simple. front tire, fenders, rack, handlebars, and lights. I was able to do it myself with the tools that come with the bike, however I found a socket (10mm, 13mm and 15mm) was easier to use. I bought separately a rear basket so you’ll see that in the picture but the rack is really sturdy on this. Batteries are charging and I will update this review after we use them the first time. I’m trying to see if these tires have liners in them to protect the tubes. I don’t think they do so I’ll need to buy those as well. This is a class 3 bike so I don’t want to risk a blowout at 28mph.

I am at 5’11” at that height this bike is hard to control coming to a stop and balancing the bike. As it is with seat adjust as low as it goes with removing the back fender rack I am on my tip toes, weight of bike can be hard to balance at stops, other than that it is a super nice bike!

Ce vélo va très bien, je le recommande au gens qui ont à faire de longs trajets et qui n'aiment pas avoir à forcer. Très facile à manœuvrer et très rapide. Il est capable de monter de pentes très raides, mais vous devez l'aider dans celles-ci si vous voulez avoir plus longtemps de batterie. La peinture a perdu un petit morceau, elle à l'air fragile. J'ai eu quelques problèmes avec les pièces, mais j'ai contacté leur équipe de support et ils vont m'aider à régler tous les problèmes. N'est pas adapté aux conditions hivernales, mais idéal si vous souhaitez faire du vélo l'été. Il a une longe autonomie de la batterie, un peu plus de 35 kilomètres (22 miles) je dirais. Plus que ça vous risquez de maquer de batterie.

My wife uses the bike mainly (150lb). She rides 9km to work one way with some crazy steep hills! The bike just go through those with no issues. We never really tested the battery range as we got this for commuting to work only (20km ish both ways) but everything looks sturdy and solid. I hope the battery will hold for few years though.
