This shawl saved me! I bought it last minute to wear for a wedding when I realized the weather was going to get a lot colder than originally forecasted. We arrived for the wedding with sunny skies and 70F, then as the evening progressed, the temperature dropped to 52F! I was comfortable with this shawl, which was much warmer than I expected. I bought this for a wedding, hoping it was going to be like the picture which was a light cream color but when it came, it was more of a yellow vanilla color. It is very well-made and high-quality, but it is a little heavy for me almost like the heaviness of a light blanket. If that’s what you’re looking for. It’s actually beautiful. It just didn’t work for me.
I ordered this for a cold spring wedding I was going to and it was PERFECT! It is heavy and good quality and kept me warm all day. Not only did it work well but I also felt like it looked nice to wear as a wedding guest as opposed to the blankets that the wedding party provided considering the weather. Thought I’d only use this once but already planning when I can use it again because it’s just that cozy.
I love this pashmina, and I bring it to every restaurant, on airplanes, to movie theaters, etc. It’s super soft, compact for wearing, and works great to keep shoulders, neck, arms, and/or lap warm. I have it in black and one of the lighter colors.
