I love this bike! It came with everything listed and was packaged extremely well. Putting it together took about half an hour. Its fun to ride, I'm a big girl and it still maintains about 20 mph, slightly slower uphill but not much. The battery life is good too, I haven't drained it on a single ride yet but I dont typically go for all day rides. My longest so far was around 15 miles and it still had over 3/4 battery life left.

Difficult to purchase something like this online when you can't try it. So, have to depend on specs, which in this case were off on the seat by couple of inches. Not an issue for some unless you are short. I am 5'2" if this helps someone. Then your feet will not touch ground when stopped, a safety issue. Bike is otherwise solid and durable, runs well. Sadly, after hours of putting together and unpacking, test driving and repacking, had to return due to referenced safety concern on seat height (32inches lowest placement). Customer service is available but an inordinate amount of time to get refunded. Will say, they eventually did come through in the end. A quality bike otherwise for taller folks than otherwise suggested.

Wish I could give 5 stars but … First, assembly says “10 minutes”. No. 3 1/2 hours instead. Much less uphill power than expected. Have to remove seat every time you need to take battery out for charging. Also need to take seat off to fold bike. Flat tire the third time I rode it. Been a touch first few days. Hope I end up loving it. Great color.

Just put it together today when it came. 2 issues with it. The water bottle holder fits where the two screws are on the down tube, but the bolts won't fit in the bottle holder slot for attaching it because the washers on the bolts won't come off. Also, the bike lock collar does not fit anywhere on the bike. Other than these issues, the bike is a fun ride. The assembly is easy if you follow the video and the included manual. The quality of materials is very good. The safety clip for the front yoke is a great feature. It would be nice if there were a spring carrier for the back fender. There is a carrier but no spring attachment.

So far, my granddaughter loves it. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is that my son in law said the instructions were hard to follow.

I was a bit skeptical about buying an e-bike online, but I'm so glad I took the chance! This thing is a beast. The motor is quiet but has plenty. Folding and unfolding it is a breeze, and it fits perfectly in my car's trunk for weekend adventures. It's also super fun to ride; it feels like you're a kid again, but with a turbo boost! Five stars!
