I had been trying to decide for months which bike to buy. I finally pulled the trigger and got Kawnina Recumbent bike in November 2025z I purchased this recumbent bike to use when I don’t get a chance to get to the gym on bad weather days. I’m actually using it more than I thought I would. I go to the gym, but come home to use my own recumbent bike. I like it because it works smoothly, is very quiet, and it has good resistance. I’m a 71 year old lady and I was able to put this bike together myself. It took me about 1 1/2 hours because I had a lot of interruptions. The video was great to follow step-by-step instructions. I didn’t downloaded the Zwift app because I don’t want to pay a monthly membership fee. My Apple Watch fitness Activity app works for me just fine.

I’ll be honest—I’ve bought and returned two other exercise bikes because they were either uncomfortable, noisy, or just felt flimsy. This one? Completely different. The seat is actually comfortable (huge deal for me), and the magnetic resistance is smooth and quiet. What surprised me most is how natural the pedaling motion feels—no dead spots, no clunky resistance changes. Just smooth from start to finish. The display isn’t fancy but it shows me exactly what I need: time, distance, and roughly how many calories I’ve pretended to burn. Assembly took about 30 minutes, nothing complicated. It doesn’t take up half the room either. I honestly didn’t expect much for the price. Worth every penny. If you’re like us and keep adding to cart and removing it—stop. Just buy this one. You won’t regret it.

Only used it once so far… just set it up today – not difficult at all, and most of the bolts were already installed, just had to take them out and put them back in, which made things much easier. It's quiet and although the resistance selector doesn't seem like a big difference instantly, there is one. One minor issue with assembly: I had trouble putting on the left pedal strap after the right went on easily, then I realized the right was actually installed what, to me, would seem upside-down, but trying to do the left one what I thought was the "proper" way it just wouldn't work, so although they are both now what I would say is "upside-down" they work great.
I couldn't connect to the apps, at first. My iPhone nor Windows could "see" the Bluetooth at all and I was concerned, especially since the Zwift app did not have the Kawnina brand listed. While Googling the E100 model number I ran across the Tunturi Centuri E100. I use that one and the app picked up the bike immediately, with the serial number and it works fine. It doesn't seem like I should have to do that, but I couldn't find a website or any other support for the bike. Now that the app is connected all the relevant data goes right into Apple Health which is what I wanted.
Even with those two issue, I still give the bike 5 stars because it is solidly built and comfortable – that's what its really about.

I ordered this recumbent bike during a late – night impulse scroll through online stores. I was on a quest to find a low – impact exercise option that would help me get back into shape without putting undue strain on my knees. And this bike has proven to be the perfect solution.
The back support is an absolute game – changer. I can comfortably ride for a full 45 minutes without suffering from any lower back pain. My 18 – year – old daughter uses it as well, and it operates so quietly that I can focus on my work from home while she's pedaling away. I took it for a test ride this morning before heading to work. It felt incredibly sturdy beneath me, with not a single creaking sound, and I didn't have the slightest feeling that I needed to handle it with extreme care. Honestly, I can't wait to use it every single day.
The build quality of this bike has truly taken me by surprise, especially when you consider its price. It gives the impression of being a piece of equipment you'd typically find in a physical therapy office, rather than a flimsy, run – of – the – mill product you might come across on Amazon. The frame has a substantial heft, which adds to its sense of durability. My brother-in-law, who is a mechanic, was thoroughly impressed when he first saw it. And my dad gave it a try and immediately placed an order for one of his own. That really says it all.

Good quality, easy to put together, and good value. I like the position of the resistance control, and the step thru construction. The seat adjustment works very well. Never have liked pedal straps so I don't use them. I'm 6 foot and I can pedal the bike with seat all the way adjusted back and my knees are straight. I think saying the bike is adjustable to fit someone 6 foot 7 inches might be over stating the size capacity but I do believe the weight capacity rating. The quietness is really nice compared to the old fan bike I had. The seating position is very comfortable on a recumbent bike. It is very easy and safer to get on and off of then my old bike. Over all I would say it is a pleasant upgrade compared to my old bike.

My daughter had issues reading the assemble instructions. The print in the instruction sheet for the computer, speed, time, etc is very small. But once my daughter assembled it, I tried it and worked well for me. Love that is compact ease to use, smooth ride and tracking.
