how long should I spray for per wash?

this is a matter of personal preference, however the average person will use our bidets for around 20-30 seconds on the high setting for a perfect clean.

can I use hot water?

with all our portable bidets you can comfortably use warm water up to 50 degrees Celsius or 122 degrees Farenheit.

what if it gets wet?

not to worry, all our bidets are equipped with IPX6 waterproofing, meaning that splashes will do the bidet absolutely no harm.

what bottles are compatible with Vikken bidets, and do I need an adapter?

we never used adapters! all our bidets fit directly onto all standard soda bottles (cap diameter 27.4mm x 11mm minimum length / 1.1″. x 7/16″). In other words, all high-thread bottles work great!

does it come with a travel pouch?

yes! for convenient and easy travel all our bidets come with a discreet travel pouch so you can take your bidet anywhere you go!
