Easy Installation Process 1. Fix the lower ceramic bowl

Firmly attach the wax ring, align the toilet base over the screws, resecure the bolts, and connect the hose with the provided kit.

2. Attach the upper bidet part

Secure the bidet seat to the lower toilet base by aligning the mounting hooks and pressing down until you hear a “click.”

Open the water shutoff valve

Turn on the water supply first before plugging the cord.

Plug the electrical cord

Connect the cord, and the LED light will illuminate on the main body display.

If it flashes, unplug the cord for one minute before reconnecting it.

What should I do if the unit isn’t functioning, but the LED on the main unit is blinking?

A blinking LED indicates that the unit isn’t detecting water supply in the tank. To fix this, ensure the water supply is open, unplug the unit for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

Is a power plug necessary for this unit?

Yes, this unit requires a power plug as it features a heated seat, bidet function, automatic flushing, and other functionalities.

What is the rough-in requirement for installing this model?

A standard 12-inch rough-in will accommodate this unit without issues. It can also be comfortably installed with an 11-inch rough-in. For a 10-inch rough-in, you may need to use an offset flange for installation.

What should I do if the nozzle isn’t spraying water?

Please verify if the sensor is detecting human skin when you test the bidet function. The bidet functions will only operate under these conditions and will spray water.
